The most competitive in the industry, our Service Level Agreements cover the three most important quality issues: throughput, latency and packet loss. Throughput is the sustained rate of traffic you can push through your connection with minimal packet loss. Because we guarantee 100% of your throughput, you will always have the full bandwidth you pay for. Latency is the time it takes for your traffic to transit our network. From any two points on our network, we guarantee that the measured latency will be, on average, 80 milliseconds or less. Our less than 1% packet loss guarantee ensures that your data will arrive intact.

Router and CSU installation is critical to the integrity of your network connection. To ensure success, our network engineers will configure and install your equipment, which you lease from Systek, onsite anywhere in the United States for a nominal fee. This relieves you of any headaches associated with setup, installation and configuration of hardware. We supply only top of the line routers and hardware from Cisco Systems® and Nortel® Networks. After installation, our technical experts proactively monitor your network 24 hours a day, 365 days a year from our Network Operations Center (NOC) in St. Louis, Missouri. We also provide continuous support services 24 hours a day, seven days a week from our Customer Care Centers in Saginaw, Michigan and San Jose, California. These services include toll-free telephone, e-mail and Web support through our award-winning Customer Relations Team.
